Common questions.

Why a server per organization instead of multi-tenant?
Your organization gets its own server; every member runs an isolated agent on it with its own encrypted data volume. Your conversations, data and secrets never share a runtime with another company, and there are no surprise sub-processors. It also means you can export your data or move out cleanly — teams that need it can still opt for a private server per member.
Why do I bring my own LLM key?
You pay your model provider directly so we never mark up tokens. You also pick the model that fits — fast and cheap for triage, smart and expensive for hard tasks. Switching providers is a setting away.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stops at the end of the current period via Stripe's portal. Your agent and its data volume are decommissioned. If you want your data first, ask and we'll export the volume.
Where is the server located?
Hetzner Falkenstein (Germany) by default. EU jurisdiction, EU data residency, GDPR-friendly by construction.
Can I add my own skills or tools?
Yes — the open library is composable. We ship curated bundles for common verticals; you can also drop in MCP servers or custom profiles per agent.
How do you handle secrets?
Encrypted at rest with AES-GCM before they hit the database. Decrypted only on the way out to your agent's server over TLS, written to a 0600 root-only env file. Never exposed to the browser.
